Title:  Administrative Assistant
Reports To:  Manager and President
Status of Work:  Part - Time

Responsibilities:  Assist the Manager and President by performing clerical duties including but not limited to:  answering the phone, relaying messages, greeting clients and business associates, typing, filing, compiling reports, assisting with payroll duties when required, posting job opportunities.

Physical Demands of the Job:  must be able to bend, reach above shoulder level, twist, , stand, walk, sit, perform repetitive wrist movement with typing.

Required Elements:  Must have a minimum grade 12 education.  Must be able to communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken). Must be customer service focused.  Must have pleasant telephone manner.  Must be able to prioritize and work independently.  Applicant must be able to problem solve.  Must be trustworthy and reliable.  Must have computer knowledge and be skilled in Microsoft Word Office, Excel, Power Point.  Must possess a good previous attendance record at past place of employment is also required.  Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Additional Assets:  Other computer skills, payroll knowledge.

Hours of Operation:  Monday to Friday – hours as determined by Manager
